In January, 1991, I was privileged to become a Realtor. Actually, I started in the real estate industry in 1988 as an assistant to an already successful Realtor. After a few months, I said to myself, “I can do this!” I have never looked back! For me, being a Realtor is such a rewarding career. I cannot think of a more satisfying job than being able to help sellers and buyers find a property that is perfect for them at their juncture in life, both from a location and home perspective. Over the years (so far), I have assisted hundreds of people realize their real estate goals, and for my success – In 2009, I was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award from my brokerage.

I am a full time Realtor. I am a full service Realtor. I recognize that you are unique in your individual real estate needs; therefore, I offer a boutique, customized service that is personal to you and your real estate goals. My clients have come to trust and rely on me over the years to optimize their real estate experience. In fact, most of my work now is with repeat and referral clients.

There is a vast amount of information floating around on the internet. Distinction: information vs knowledge. I will work with you to dispel information and provide you with the real knowledge you require so that you are completely satisfied with your real estate outcomes. In addition, I have built strong team alliances who will help you in every aspect of the real estate decisions you will be making – from financing, inspections, legal, moving, decluttering and staging – to contractors, trades people, cleaners, and just about every other aspect of the home selling and/or buying process.

Education and Learning …
As is the case in every industry today, we must keep learning and educating ourselves to new rules and regulations, new concepts and new ideas. I totally excel in this area and have always considered myself a life-long learner. During my career, I have attended hundreds of workshops, seminars, symposiums and conferences. I hold my RENE Certification (Real Estate Negotiating Expert). I have also completed The Accredited Buyer Representative Program, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Program, and The Accredited Staging Professional Program.

I have made many contributions to helping wherever I can – with both time and money, including but not inclusive to, SickKids Foundation, Habitat For Humanity, Canadian Cancer Society, Plaid for Dad (Prostate Cancer), Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Hope in High Heels, Teddy Bear Cares, Hospital Foundations, Drive for Mammogram equipment, numerous food programs and toy drives, and the list goes on, and will most definitely continue to carry on …
